Gore Hill Oval does not have shower facilities. However, it has toilets and changeroom facilities.
1. Contact BubbSoc by filling in the form below or giving us a call. Ensure the date you want to play is available and also ask us for our Public Indemnity Form.
2. Contact the Willoughby Council to check the park availabilities
3. Fill out the park booking form which is accessible via: http://www.willoughby.nsw.gov.au/your-neighbourhood/recreation/Sportsground/
4. Provide BubbSoc’s Public Indemnity to Willoughby Council
5. Pay the park hire amount to the council and send your booking confirmation to teambubbsoc@gmail.com
6. BubbSoc will follow up with our invoice. Ensure that the deposit is paid 1 week before you play. You are able to pay the remaining amount at least 48 hours prior to your game time.
